Ordering Please read the terms and conditions out lined on this page carefully Thank you for your enquiry about ordering . All products are available immediately unless other wise stated. However it is advisable to email me to check on the availability of my one of a kind bears and waiting periods for others. I will let you know the appropriate details via return email. Prices quoted are in NZ dollars. Prices are also shown in US dollars, British Pounds, Canadian Dollars and Australian Dollars but are a guide only as they are dependant on the exchange rate at the time. For your convenience you will find a link to a currency converter below the price of each bear. Postage and handling Postage and handling costs are NOT included in the price of the product. Details of the postage and handling fees can be found on the bears page. Confirmation of postage will be sent to you via email with confirmation of your order. Please make sure your email address is correct on any correspondence you may send. All International parcels are sent Airmail parcel post via NZ Post. Parcels within NZ are sent standard post. If you require additional insurance please let me know when you place your order. Any tax or duties applied will be the responsibility of the purchaser. Credit Card Payments
Visa, Bankcard and Mastercard accepted. I now have available a SSL secure ordering system for your convenience . On each bears page you will find buy now links which, by way of a shopping cart, will take you through to a secure ordering page. Please remember that postage will be added to the price of the bear. For bears that are ready made payment is required in full before they will be dispatched. Made to order bears require a 20% deposit on ordering with the balance payable before dispatch. Please Note: The charge that appears on you credit card statement will be shown as 'Personality Plus' not Raybeth Bears. Other forms of Payment within NZ Payment can be made by personal cheque, money order (now available through NZ Post), or bank cheque. Payment should be made to 'Personality Plus'. It is necessary to allow time for personal cheques to clear , usually up to 5 working days. For bears that are ready made payment is required in full before they will be dispatched. Made to order bears require a 20% deposit on ordering with the balance payable before dispatch. Other forms of Payment outside of NZ Payment can be made by Personal Cheque, International Bank Draft ( in NZ dollars). For ready made bears payment is required in full prior to dispatch. It is necessary to allow time for personal cheques to clear, usually up to 10 working days for international cheques. You will be notified when clearance is received and your bear is dispatched. Made to order bears require a 20% deposit on ordering with the balance payable before dispatch. Returned Goods Quality is of the utmost importance to me and I am confident that you will not have a problem with you order. If however for some reason you are not completely happy with your purchase, goods may be returned for a refund of the purchase price or credited towards another bear. I will not however refund postage and handling costs. You have 2 days to approve the item and must notify me in that time if you are returning the item and the date it was posted. Postage on returned goods is your responsibility and the item must be received by me in its original condition before a refund will be given. International customers can email me with the date the item was dispatched but a refund will not be given until the item has been received. Lay by/Layaway * A minimum initial non refundable deposit of 20% of the total purchase price including postage and handling is required. Please email me for information. * Full and final payment is required within 90 days of the initial deposit. * Orders will only be dispatched after receipt of full and final payment allowing for cheques to be cleared. You will be notified by email the day your order is dispatched to you. NOTE: No refunds of the initial 20% deposit will be given on cancellation of your Lay by!!!
